“LEGO in the Classroom: The Importance of Human Connection in Leadership/Teaching”
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Wes Thiessen from Ambrose University, Canada, who highlighted the significance of human connection in both leadership and teaching practices.
During the session, Dr. Thiessen demonstrated how innovative tools such as LEGO can be integrated into classrooms to foster engagement, creativity, collaboration, and meaningful communication. The workshop emphasized relationship-based leadership, trust-building, and the power of authentic interaction in educational environments espcially with regard to teaching the English Language.
The session witnessed a large participation from staff members and professionals interested in leadership development, contributing to rich discussions and insightful exchanges.
