The English Language Center has actually started activating the interactive electronic forms on the center's website to receive all suggestions and complaints, to answer questions and inquiries via the attached e-mail or by phone, and to guide the beneficiary correctly until the students find what they need, which will contribute greatly to answering students' & members' questions and inquiries better and more efficiently.
